The discount is great (although not as good as other retail stores), scheduling is done far in advance, and because I was working at VS while I was a student, this was very helpful for me.If you like their merchandise- the discount is nice, and it's fun seeing what the "new" stuff is before it hits the floors. Some of the managers make working there really fun and an enjoyable time. Plenty of hours around SAS and holidays (christmas, mothers day, valentines day, etc).
